Mirtazapine: what it's all about

This drug can be a double-edged sword-sometimes less really is more! If you're looking for an antidepressant to take daily, mirtazapine works wonders at nighttime. But I wouldn't suggest it during the day-it's jusst not my jam. For dosage, 45mg feels way too strong for me; 30mg can be helpful, especially when mixed with other potent meds, but if you're playing it safe, go for 15mg at night. That's wat I've found in my NHS experience and through my own struggles.

Less is better with Mirtazepine. Used it for sleep for 3 years, but didn't know lower doses are more sedating until I quit.

More awake and energetic now despite M.E. Stopping helped a lot, though it saved me 3 years ago.

Life's all about balance. This works for me
