me too, work rn sciatica & now my ankle hurts so bad. i literally pass out when i get hmoe cuz of the pain. not feelng productive at all. need some rest.
how r u & ur healht? like, are u just really tired or what?

pain sucks but hoping u feel better tmr. same here tho, feels like daily thing.
I am currently managing depression and anxiety, but I am unsure about the specific triggers. Yesterday was particularly challenging. I wish these feelings would diminish. I take antidepressants, which appear to provide some relief.
