Since the New Year started, I've been in a funk, you know? Everything feels so heavy and it's hard not to feel sad all the time. Sometimes I just wanna hide under my blanket and sob for days on end. What's up with me thse days?

You know, sometimes it feels like there's a whole bunch of stuff bottled up inside-stuff about the past, the present, or even worries abt what's coming next.
