Hey everyone, so I've finally got insurance for therapy which fels like a win, honestly. But man, my head just never stops with all these negative, self-loathing thoughts-depressing stuff all day long, you know? It's crazy, and I have no clue how to turn it around. Liek, trying to tackkle this inside me feels impossible some days. Still hoping there's a way to fix it though.

hey getting into therapy is legit the first step to sorting ur life out
the big question for the 1st session is "what brigns u here?" i think u can easily answer that based on ur post. if u r struggling for words,print it off & bring it with u.
your therapist will also wanna know how they can help u. if there r a few key things u want to work on, mention those. u don't have 2 drive every session as the therapist is there 2 guide u.
