Friend's super helpful tips honestly

If his so-called love feels more like being trapped in a cage and every little favor he offers comes with hidden conditions, plus the moment you try to set some boundaries he labels you as "unstable"... it's definitely not about you-it's all him. Trying to co-parent with someone who uses your kids for his own game and sees your peace as something to attack is just plain wrong. A narcissist is'nt looking for a partner; they want someone they can manipulate like puppets.

You know that guy on Facebook always posting about how great he is at parenting, but when it comes down to real-life accountability? He's nowhere to be found. He mistakes being held accountable for an insult and thinks you're being difficult just because you won't let him control everything. Your gut instinct telling you something isn't right? Trust that feeling. Don't waste your energy trying to build a life with someone who only knows how to destroy it from the ground up.
