I've been feeling really isolated lately, like no one gets it when I say I hear these voices. Especially this guy named Paul-he's driving me up the wall.

Just tell Paul to take a hike and don't let him bother you again because you're in charge now. I hope it doesn't come off too harsh, though-I didn't mean for it to. But I've heard similar responses from other people before, so maybe that's how it sounds.
