Hey everyone, just wanted to give a heads-up that Shawmind is gonna be stepping down as the moderators here. They've been doing their best over the past few years, but they're closing up shop soon so they can't keep it going.

Don't worry though-HealthUnlocked wiill take over everything in the coming weeks. You might see some minor changes, but everything else is gonna stay pretty much the same. We wnat to make sure you still feel supported and can share info like usual.
