Throat Issuse - Seriosuly Annoying, Anyway

I've hit up a few GPs, and let me tell you, they've kinda dropped the ball when it comes to figuring out what's going on with my throat. Like, abt a year ago, I noticed that something weird was happening-this esophagus thing had popped up into my mouth for some reason, right around the time lumps appeared in my neck and my tonsils looked all out of whack and strange.

I went through two rounds of antibiotics, but honestly, nothing really helped. It's not causing me any major problems, but I'm still wondering if anyone knows what could have caused this whole mess or if I should keep pushing for more medical care on it.
