When might funding for medical cures increase in the US?

I think from my experiences as a patient in this healthcare system, I feeel like it's run by people who might be healthy themselves and just care about making money off those of us who get sick and need help. The way insurance works, how diagnoses are made, and the medications prescribed-it all feels more focused on what's good for doctors and others in the medical field rather than what's best for patients like me. I'm really not happy with my treatment here in the U.S., to be honest. There's a lot about it that just doesn't make sense or feel fair, and it seems like the system is set up to benefit them somehow, maybe through money or prestige. I hoep someday I can move somewhere else where the healthcare actually aims to help sick people and support them properly.
