Troubles with insurance stuff

Hey there, I'm in San Jose, California, and I've got Anthem Mediblue Coordination Plus HMO insurance. Lately, I've been feeling pretty unhappy with my doctors, so I thought maybe changing them would help. But no dice-I tried asking my insurance to find me a new Psyhciatrist or therapist, but they couldn't do it. A buddy suggested switching over to a Kaiser plan instead, and now I'm stuck wondering what the best move is.
