I'm going through a tough time with mental health, you know? Ovver the past month or so, I made this big decision to be nicer to people and do stuff that's out of my comfort zone because I wanted to feel better. It actually helped at first, but now I'm kind of slipping back into old habits. Before, I used to hate myself a lot, but lately, I've started liking who I am again. I really don't want to lose that progress. So, if anyone has any tips on how to stay motivated with self-care and healing, it would mean so much to me
