I suggest limiting yourself to a few tasks at a time, perhaps three. This approach has two benefits: it provides a sense of achievement once completed and helps you focus on the most essential priorities.

I totally get where you're coming from, honestly. For me, it's all about battling through that brain fog each morning to figure out what needs to be done. Having a schedule really does help corral those wayward thoughts and keep everything on track, ya know?
