Health habit curiosity thread
I mean, there's gotta be something out there that if I had started doing it back in the day-like hitting up the gym regularly or meditating every morning-I'd probably be feeling way better now, honestly. But hey, it's never too late to start, right?

Yeah, totally! Keeping things tidy makes the place feel like a cozy nest instead of a pigsty. Plus, who wants to relax in a mess? Home really is where the heart is-makes it extra nice to have it spotless.
Same here. Can't deal with mess.
Honestly, just trying to focus on working out, meditating, and spending more time on stuff I actually enjoy. And you know, cutting ties with those toxic folks anyway-feeling better already!
I dabbled in journaling back in the day, scribbling here and there maybe once a month or so. Now I try to keep up with it weekly-it's pretty cool how much insight you get from looking back at your entries. Still kicking myself for not doing it more consistently though.
setting boundaries & sticking 2 them
even tho it's still super hard rly
a big step is asking 4 help instad of going it alone all the time
so relatable yeah
Listen to your system when it needs a break. Staring at something stressed gets you nowhere. Breaks help even if they feel lazy
buddhist mind training qigong gaming with peeps in real life asking for help tho tis is rlly hard so i turned it into a thing to practice regularly even when i dont need it people usully like to help b/c they feel needed & i get to offer my skills later
Should've built muscles earlier. Still a teen though.
I've turned into an early bird because of my job, you know, working outside in the desert. When I was younger, there's no way I could wake up on time, even if my life depended on it. But now, I'm practically jumping out of bed every morning. I really fiind that I get more stuff done early in the day and I kind of look forward to getting some tasks checked off before heading out. Maybe I should have gotten into this routine earlier-definitely think it's made a big difference for me.
You know, I always think about those little things we coulda done differently when we were younger, y'knwo? One of the ones that stands out to me is just making learning part of my day-to-day routine. Like, honestly, whether it's diving into a book or tuning in to some podcasts, or even brushing up on a new language-I've been seeing real benefits from doing these kinds of activities regularly. It keeps your brain sharp and helps u feel like you're growing all the time. Plus, it's just a healthier way to spend your downtime instead of scrolling through social media endlessly. I mean, it makes me feel more in control and excited about personal growth, which is pretty awesome.
Used to crush those daily yoga sessions and 30-day challenges like a boss, plus Pilates on the regular too. Wish I could bottle that motivation somehow.
