Hey, hae any of you guys tried that diet they're talking about on YouTube? I mean, it's got like a million views but honestly, is anyone seeing results or what? 'Cause I'm thinking about giving it a shot but I don't want to waste my time if nobody's getting anywhere with it.

I kind of follow a low-carb diet that I think is basically what Keto is.
I've been doing this for about three years now. It seems to work well for me because it stops my cravings for sweets. Plus, I lost quite a bit of weight on it. Maintaining the weight loss feels easier when I stick with it. Oveer the last few months, though, I've kind of let up a little-my portions got a bit bigger, so I need to tighten things back up.
I definitely feel healthier since starting this diet. Usually, I can't stick to diets for long, but once the first couple of weeks were over with Keto, it became easier because my cravings werent' as strong. Of course, it does take some determination and finding ways to keep motivated. I also started walking a bit more recently.
I really enjoy eating meat, fish, cheese, eggs, so this diet fits me well too.

I guess it helps me because it sets a mindset and a goal, you know? Feeliing healthier makes me feel better about myself, I think. And maybe having a slimmer body means being healthier too

Hey,

I didn't get any professional help for this, honestly-I just looked stuff up online myself. It's probably a good idea to talk to your doctor before starting any kind of diet to mke sure it's right for you.

There's tons of info out there on keto or low-carb diets. I pretty much stick to chicken and fish, plus cheese and eggs. No bread, pasta, or potatoes, though-that can be tough at first, but I'm used to it now.

You should definitely check out all the stuff online-three are so many recipes and tips floating around.

I'm on keto right now, and yeah, it can be a bit tricky with the lack of veggies and fruits. You do end up eating a lot more meat, which might make you wonder if it could lead to some tummy troubles like constipation

Yeah, keto helped my ADHD big time. My PMDD vanished too. It's a godsend.

Got stuff on keto for mental health if you need it. Let me know.
