Hey everyone, so I've been slacking on the exercise front lately, you know, with my Parkinson's. Adn honestly, it's got me worried-am I just gonna see a dcline faster if I keep up this lazy butt routine? Or is there something else that'll hit me down the line?

Drinking coffee in the morning can be beneficial for people with Parkinson's disease. Moderate alcohol consumption can provide a dopamine boost as well. Eating foods like beans, lentils, apples, and oranges is also helpful. However, it's important to get some exercise by going for a walk.
