Plant-based dishes_thread
Hey there, everyone! So, I've been kinda toggling between meat burgers and vegan ones lately-just trying to find tht sweet spot of balance. Honestly, I've also been sipping on vegetable milk and enjoying soya yogurt because, you know, it feels like a good mix. I'm definitely not any kind of expert or anything, but it seems pretty healthy for the body-like, really healthy! I mean, just feelin' great overall with all these choices.

hey yeah i heard u r tryna do vegan stuff sometimes
nowadays there's mock meat too wich is soy protein or plant based and u can cook it like regular meat. the taste mostly depends on the marination and spices so switching is't that hard idk
gl with ur conscious food choices!
I really see so many choices these days, hope everything works out well for you. I tend to switch between more vegetarian meals, chicken or beef, and sometimes fish. Maybe I just feel like having less meat these days.
If you ever need some recipe idaes, I often find YouTube helpful for recipes and adaptable meal suggestions. Even before I started focusing on healthier eating...
Veggie sausages and sausage rolls have become one of my go-to favorites:)
If you're into cooking like me, there are some killer vegan sausage recipes out there. Whenever I make a batch-usually around 6 to 8 sausages-I freeze them for later use. It's cool because when meal time rolls around, you just grab one and go. Sometimes instead of putting them on a bun, I'll chop them up and add them to pizza or casseroles or whatever else strikes my fancy. The real challenge is breaking the mindset that meat's gotta be in every dish to make it satisfying. Anyway, give these recipes a shot-I promise they're worth it!
