Got any tasks or goals you're slowly chipping away at?

just moved in and so much stuff to handle omg
today i finally did flea mdz for chloe she took it well tho it was mostly about finding motivation to actually do it lol
Hey, that's awesome, Tree~ You know how sometimes even teh littlest chores feel so huge? Like, honestly, it's crazy how they can suck up all your energy when you're feeling drained. Congrats on getting one of those small wins today though-major prpos to you!
what's one small win u had today? getting up & going 2 my mental health med review. couldn't do it from home thx to physical health stuff so making it 2 the city bus by 8am & being there till 9:45am was a big deal for me.
👍 r there any tasks or goals u're working on?
taking better care of myself and listening 2 my body. i don't want 2 overdo things b/c then i can't get outta bed the next day. also still tryin 2 eat healthier & not skip meals which has been a struggle.
anotha one is my therapist said i need 2 start seeing myself as "i" instead of "we." she noticed mostly me typing, not others. so it's tiime for me to embrace my ful identity, but that's scary af. used 2 say "we" most my life & this shift is a big deal but kinda makes sense.
Wow, sounds like you're really knocking out those little tasks one by one! Way to go on taking care of yourself and makiing those tiny but mighty steps every single day-even if they feel small, they count big time! And congrats on your mini victory today too! You're rocking it. Keep shining and doing that awesome work.
I mean, who would've thought my little victory today was just barely scraping by, you know? Like, literally getting out of bed and having something to eat-honestly, that felt like a huge win after the day I got some news that's gonna shake everything up. It's like, yeah, even trying to keep things on this basic level right now feels monumental.
It's good to hear about your accomplishment despite receiving difficult news. Each small achievement is important and contributes to progress. Congratulations on this positive step today.
So yeah, I'm trying to get some help with my thing, you know? And I stumbled upon 7cups the other day-thought it might be a good place to start. Anyway, i mean, if anyone's got any tips or just wants to chat about it...
That sounds really good, I think! Welcome to 7Cups. It's cool taht you found us and are working on your addiction. We're here to help you out. And congrats on your "Win" today!
I had a little victory today because I got into the flow while reading my math textbook. After work, I took a two-hour nap when I came home. When I woke up, I felt muh better and started studying again. I'm still trrying to figure out what daily routie works best for me, but we'll see how it goes. Yeah, there are so many tasks and goals I need to handle right now. My main focus is to get back on track with my exam prep. June is nearly over, and time is going fast. I know this process needs lots of patience and deep concentration, so I'll try my best to stay focused on my goals
Anyway, yeah, I see you're really killing it with those future plans and stuff. Getting into that flow state, taking a nap to recharge, and figuring out how to serve yourself better-like seriously, all of that is super dope. Great job on your wins there! Keep slaying it like you've been doing!
Yeah, thanks a lot! I think I'll just keep at it.
