Hi everyone,
Mental health can feel really unpredictable sometimes, and I thought maybe sharing a few things that helped me or someone ese might be useful for others too:
It's totally fine not to be doing well-there shouldn't be any guilt or shame.
Reaching out to someone-even jsut one message-can make all the difference.
Taking time to rest is important and can be really productive for healing.
Acknowledging small victories, like getting out of bed in the morning, is a big deal.
You're not alone even when it feels like you are.
If anyone evver needs someone to talk to, I'm here.
