Preparing for therapy sessions

Hey everyone, i've been having trouble calming down enough to really get into my therapy sessions. I thought maybe adding some scents and tea before could help, but i'm not a big fan of chamomile or lavender. Vanilla, cinnamon, and lemon are more up my alley though. Does anyone have any other suggestions for stuff like that?

Walking for about 10 to 15 minutes before an appointment can be refreshing, especially if the weather is nice. If driving or taking public transportation, consider parking farther from your destination or getting off one or two stops early.
