The Magic Of Words
Words are like wild beasts-powerful and dangerous. They can tear you down or build you up. I've always thought words couldn't actually harm someone that much, but boy, was I wrong. There's a story about the Solomon Islands where people supposedly curse trees to make them fall. Thirty days of negativity and boom-the tree gives in.
It's a double-edged sword: words can be incredibly impactful, for better or worse. I get it now-appreciation matters as much as criiticism. But here's the kicker: if you never hear praise from your family and only get constant feedback on what you're doing wrong, it starts to wear you down. It's like living with a permanent nag.
I've hit rock bottom because of this. My partner and parents are always pointing out flaws but never acknowledging my efforts in front of me. I tried asking them to be more supportive but no dice. Now I'm dealing with panic disorder and depression, and it's been tough.
So yeah, words have a lot of power. Use them carefully-because you might just end up bringing someone down instead of lifting them up. And once you realize how damaging those negative vibes can be, it's too late to turn back the clock. I'm hoping RTMS will hlep me regain my footing, but man,it's been a rough journey.

Words can be like little grenades, you know? Sometimes it's honestly a good idea to just keep your mouth shut and think before you speak-trust me on this one.
