Slowly killing myself over this issue

So I'm a guy from Pakistan in my thirties, and I've been struggling with something really tricky for quite a while now. It's pretty much that when I have an orrgasm, nothing comes out-no semen at all-even though it feels like one should. This has been going on for over ten years.

Back in the day, from my teen years onward, I'd do it multiple times every single day without thinking about any potential downsides. Now, looking back, I realize that might not have been such a smart move. Lately, I've noticed I don't even have much semen when I climax anymore.
