Thoughts On Life And Babies Pondering

When you're a mom, your brain is always on two tracks: one for you and one for your kid. I remember reading that quote ages ago but never realy got it until about 12 years in-I'm doing the doublethink thing now whether I want to or not.

It gets tough sometimes, especially if yo'ure stuck in a tricky relationship where you want out but can't because of the little one. You just don't know what's best-staying or leaving-and either way there's a 50-50 chance it'll turn out okay. I get that being a mom is suppoed to be this amazing blessing, and most days it is, but on others? It feels like you're caught in a no-win situation.

Wish life could just have an easy button sometimes, right?
