Courage is something we can always cultivate. I aim to provide others with the means to uncover their inner strength.

I think that's a great point, maybe we should consider it more closely.

Courage means letting yourself fall apart instead of faking it. Sometimes you need to admit it's a bad day and you want to crumble.

I don't need comfort, just respect to be myself in that moment-weak, scared, angry, frustrated. Just let me speak. You might not get it, but this is my life

I think you raise really important points. I mean, everyone wants to have control over their own choices and not feel like someone else is dictating what they should do, especially during tough times.

I totally get what you're sayign. There's this huge pressure sometimes to keep everything inside, and when you finally let it out, it feels like you have to be completely over it right away...

It's not really how life works though. People need time to process things and just sit with their feelings for a while.

I was thinking about that and I guess I agree with what you said earlier. Maybe we should look into it more closely?
