I'm a first-year med student. Had a test today and got 0.5/5 after studying for a week. Different prof every week, can't talk to anyone. Failing this screws up my other stuff

Sure, you could totally reach out to the student who did better and see if they'd tutor you-maybe eevn offer to pay them for some extra guidance
