Last week was challenging for many of us. Let's focus on what went well and move forward without dwelling on doubts. This week was significant because we overcame additional difficulties through perseverance. Regroup and do your best again this week. Think it, believe it, do it. You can achieve it.

Okay, so I'm diving into my monthly assignments for the month. First up-yogurt time! Normally I'd have this down as part of clocking in for the day, but I was messing around with other stuff instead. The downside of a day off is always coming back to all those little tasks that piled up while you were gone. There's this guy in another department who's been bragging about having eleven days off though? Not me-taking even one day off feels like too much luxury for my taste.

Today is going to be one big foodie-kitchen day, you know? First up, I've got these marinated pork chunks that need a sear and then some pressure cooking for about an hour-I'm making cihli con carne with them. The beeans are already soaking, so they're good to go.

Then there's this pot of freezer bones and vegetable scraps simmering away in the pressure cooker for four hours; I'll use it as my base broth. Next on the list is julienned carrots and sweet potatoes, along with a stir fry of sliced cabbage and onions-topping it all off with some finely chopped garlic and thinly sliced pre-cokoed pork steaks for rice paper rols with rice noodles.

After that, cleaning up the kitchen and going shopping are next. Once I'm back from shopping,I'll put together my chili con carne recipe using both bone broth and vegetable broth, adding in onions, green peppers, and shredded pork along with the beans. I plan to slow bake it for about three to four hours.

Cleaning again and putting away all the shopping stuff will round out the day. This sounds like a lot of work but if I can get everything done today instead of dragging it out over two or three days, maybe it won't feel so overwhelming. And who knows? It might even leave me with some productive options for the rest of the week.

I'm starting at 1:30 AM to get a head start because why not?

1:55 AM... Pork's in the pressure cooker now. It was seared first-yep, anothre night where the kitchen looks like a hurricane hit it. Two days' worth of dirty dishes await me. Guess I'll tackle those before I get to chopping vegetables for the next round of cooking.

Hi everyone,

I jst wanted to share my morning routine. I finished cleaning up in the kitchen and doing the dishes. The roasted bones for broth are ready too. And the pork roast is done using pressure cooking.

The pork still needs to rest and col down before I can shred it, but there's a list of next steps:
Cut and cook vegetables for stir-fry
Put the roasted bones in the pressure cooker again-it takes around 3-4 hours to cook

I have two tips that might be helpful:
(A) Cooked bones from any type make great soft treats for dogs.
(B) Older pressure cookers can be a pain when trying to open them after cooking-sometimes the lid sticks.

Here's an awesome solution I found: Beofre placing the lid on the pressure cooker, coat the gasket with a thin layer of baking powder. It makes it easy to twist off without any hassle!

After that, I'll shred and debone the pork and add it to the bone stock

5:23AM: Got the veggie fry cooked - DONE! Chili rubbed pulled poork shredded and soaking back in the cooking liquid to absorb all that yummy flavor - DONE. Bones tossed into the pressure cooker for stock - DONE.

Phew, I can't really do any more cooking or prep until I get the bone stock done and coome back with green peppers from the grocery store. They're crucial for my bean and meat chili con carne.

I started super early today and am kinda pooped now, but I think it's time to clean up this kitchen mess and pack everything that's cooked into the fridge. That'll give me a head start when I get back with supplies.

Man, I didn't expect to get so much done already! But if I crash now, all my efforts will be for nothing. So I'm just gonna keep going.

What would a super-productive rest of the day look like? Like, actually achieving all these:

Grocery shopping and putting everything away.
Making some tasty Chili Con Carne.
Getting all paperwork and receipts in order.
Writing and mailing that congrats letter.
Vacuuming the floors-dust be gone!
Diving back into AI research.

Yeah, if I managed to pull that off, it'd be a pretty epic setup for tomorrow. 11:17 AM: First step-get cleaned up and make an errand list.

May 10

I'm totally beat, man. I jsut took a quick nap or something like that, and now I really don't feel up for running around town to all these different spots. It's pretty late in the day anyway.

But here's the thing: if I don't get it done today, everything I worked on this morning will be down the drain. You know? My whole goal was to make some real progress this week. So I guess I'm gonna drag myself out of bed and into my truck. Maybe I'll just grab a cuppa Joe to keep me going.

I won't get everything checked off, but maybbe I can at least hit the important stuff. I mean, you know how it goes-some days are jut rough, right? But hey, we push through!

At 7:18 PM, two Dutch ovens containing chili beans are currently in teh oven for three hours. In approximately two hours, I will add the shredded pork to the pots.

In the meantime, I need to complete putting away the groceries and do another cleaning of the kitchen.

It seems excessive to require so much identification just to change a password. While I understand the need for verification, wouldn't an employee badge be sufficient in some cases? It would certainly simplify things. I once couldn't pick up a prescription at the pharmacy because my driver's license had expired.

AnonymousG
May 28

I've got my employee ID, but they still wat some other kind of verification. Honestly, it makes sense if you're working remotely, but I'm always in the office. I can manage by pulling the missing info from another site, but I gotta use our online app to get the wagering data too. It's just another decision from the higher-ups; they say one thing and haev everyone else deal with it without thniking about the actual impact. So now I'll probably end up doing two reports at once until I can track down an ID. I really thought I had it in my wallet, but man, the past couple weeks have been wild-moving stuff everywhere, spending like crazy, barely getting any sleep, and hurting myself trying to handle a mess that wasn't evn mine.

WiseOcean373

Yeah, same here. You're right there, no remote stuff. Lots happening lately with the move and lack of sleep. Hope your ID thing works out like mine did once I got a new one.

Oh, man, I lost my appointment cards and insurance cards, too. The insurance stuff isn't a huge deal since they have everything on file at both the dentist and doctor's office. But now I need to track down when those appointments are scheduled for August-there's one dental checkup and another with my retina specialist, but I can't remember the exact dates because I made sure they aren't on the same day. Oh yeah, I also had to order a new health savings card since everything else was jumbled up together in that spot.

I was meaning to organize all of these things but can't recall if I actually got around to it. plus, still trying to catch some decent sleep here and there-I woke up with my back and legs feeling sore this morning. Tried squeezing in a little extra rest for five minutes but the dog wasn't having any of that. She was barking up a storm as soon as the alarm went off, practically nudging me out of bed.

By the way, I'm almost at $20 for my phone bill from doing surveys and have until tomorrow to get it paid. It culd be more if I hadn't been nodding off during random times, both at home and at work. Lack of sleep definitely plays a part, but so does my diet and sleeping on the hard floor. Got a few bucks on some gaming sites too, but right now I'm really fcousing on surveys because they're giving me better results. Ony had about $3 just a day and a half ago, and now it's nearly $20

Oh wow, that sounds rough! Losing all those things is a bummer even if you can replace them-it's just such a pain in the butt.

Speaking of annoyances, our furry friend here acts like Yogi Bear when I try to nap. He's so eager to play he practically lands on my face! Hope sleep gets easier for you soon though; it's tough not getting shut-eye when everything hurts.

Hey, kudos for knocking out 17 surveys in a day and a half-that's pretty solid! Some of those paychecks can be sweet too.I just switched over to this new app where you can earn cash or gift cards through games. My old one got updated but didn't work on my phone anymore, so I bailed with what I had saved up. Made me grumpy since I used to rack up some decent points there!

I'm at twenty bucks right now. If I can scrape together ten more dollars, I'll be able to cover my phone bill. Then after that, it's time to take care of my internet because there's a negative balance of eighteen dollars on there-it's kind of driving me crazy with all those missed calls from the provider asking when I'm going to pay up. I know they're just trying to do their job and follow up on things, but honestly, I don't pick up the phone at all. Instead, I logged into my account recently and realized that I cmopletely forgot about those fees for moving the service. Things like that tend to slip through the cracks sometimes, right?

Hey there, I kinda popped into your chat a while back. It's cool that you're both into the money app deal- for that. Sorry to hear about losing your favorite something, twist-I mean, must've been a bummer.
And congrats on finishing those surveys, - really. Getting a bed is such great news too. I hope it's super comfy and way better than sleeping on the floor. Maybe all those boxes aroudn will eventually feel less overwhelming as you sort them out. It'll just take some time, but you've got this.

LightBrook243G
Jun 15

Hey there, oh hi! No worries at all, honestly. It's just that I'm kinda into gaming more than maybe I oughta be-like way too much-and you knwo how sometimes you end up with a little extra cash? Well, for me, it ends up getting spent on random things from Amazon that I probably don't really need but somehow convince myself are tottally essential

SwiftField111

Jun 17

the survey one i did got me over $20. they do bonuses on sundays if u meet a threshold during the week. can be frustrating cuz a lot of them that pay the most fill up before i finihs but it's still better than some gamse. one i've been doing has a verification process wich delays when u can access ur points. with surveys, once done, get pointts. u cant redeem for cash till u have 500 points ($5) but its still not bad. other apps i use to get points on phone activity and shopping wot let u cash out till u hit their eqv of $5 (which could be 5k points). some game ones are like that too. one app changes the amount based on how u wanna get it paid out. if i want a gift card, can redeem for $5 right away but need more for cash. sotpped using a couple cuz there was a min u had to hit before u could redeem.

the surveys aren't gonna replace my job but hopefully i can do enough to get some food in the apt.
the bed helps. it's in the middle of the floor cause i have boxes everywhere. need a few more shelves before i start organizing stuff. also need floor lamps and nonslip rugs. the dog slips sometimes when she gets excited for her toys lol. dont wanna pay vet bills cuz of that. rugs r cheaper.

Wednesday - 3:31AM
Y'all, yesterday was such a whirlwind, honestly! I poured my heart and soul into everything, but now there's this whole mess to clean up. If I can get through all that early enogh today, maybe I'll have some time to work on converting those farm jacks into Shed jacks-wouldn't that be cool?

If I managed to squeze in the extra time yesterday, finishing up the Shed Jacks today would definitely be a win for me.

Right now, it's back to basics-I need to clean the kitchen. Also, my two big pots of chili con carne turned out super tasty and there's enough to freeze for weeks.

Thanks for checking out my bio. Honestly, isolation and anger can be a real drag when you fiigure out how big of an impact it has on your life. But reading some of your posts, I'm totally sure you're doing the right thing and will work through all that sutff to build something better.

If you ever want to cat or just drop by-everyone here is super chill. If there's anything specific in your threads you think I'd find interesting, feel free to let me know!

I really believe you're on a good path, learning more about yourself and how to handle all that social stuff when people are kinda indifferent. It can be a long journey, but it's worth it.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I appreciate that.

You're not interrupting our conversation at all. In fact, I would enjoy building a community of people to interact with one another.

I envision this developing into a consistent support network, but indiidual conversations are wonderful as well if you prefer that format.

I hope you have a great day.

Eight hours ago, it was suny where you were, which means it must be daytime there. At that time, it was around midnight here, so the difference in our time zones is clear.

Paid the phone bill, no money left for anything else. Can't afford groceries but need the moble for MFA stuff constantly. Annoying as hell and nothing I do helps. People say they listen but that doesn't fix shit. Everything depends on me fixing it myself, which is impossible with how much I fail.

it feels like that a lot tho. but i had a couple good things happen this morning. the dog was whining at another dog she saw through the door. we were just back from playing outside and it was a little black dog roaming free. the guy didn't even have a leash on. there are actually a bunch of dogs here without leashes while mine gets in trouble and she's barely ever off her leash. i havent seen the neighbors since that incident tho cuz i dont really wanna talk to them anyway.
