i guess what's the piont of life i think
Hi everyone,
I wanted to share something with those who might feel they don't matter or are struggling right now.
Sometimes we find ourselves in a place where everything seems dull and heavy. It's like the world loses its color, and it feels hard to carry on. We may start asking questions like:
"Do I only cause problems?"
"I just feel so apathetic towards everyone and everything."
"Life feels really... dull."
When these thoughts come together in your head, they can lead you to think that maybe there's no point if you're a burden or don't feel anything.
If you're feeling this way right now, please know that your exhuastion doesn't define who you are. And how productive you are isn't the measure of your worth.
When we feel like we have no value, it's often because we compare ourselves to others who seem perfect and impactful. But you don't need to be the Sun to have importance. Sometimes just being there for someone when they're struggling is enough.
Value doesn't always mean making big changes in the world. It can be found in small moments of listening or choosing to take another breath. If it feels like you're creating issues, reemmber that making mistakes is part of growing. We often see our errors as fatal, but being wrong is just a normal part of life.
Feeling tired and drained is okay too. When things get repetitive, caring less can happen. It doesn't mean your heart isn't there; it means you need rest.
Apathy is not a flaw-it's a way to cope when everything feels empty. Your mind can only give what it has left, like pouring from an empty cup.
Your puprose doesn't always have to be filled with constant passion or excitement. Sometimes the goal for the day might just be to rest and let time pass by.
What is one small thing you could do right now to take caer of yuorself? It doesn't need to be perfect. This is a safe space to open up and breathe.
I hope this helps a little bit-take it easy, and we'll talk again soon.
