Anxiety attacks - really struggling right now
Hey everyone, so i've been dealing with panic attacks and my anxiety and depression for a while now, honestly it's just been realy rough. But you know what? Just the other day i started using these Olly happy gummies and anxiety ones too. I mean, at first i was like 'okay, here we go', but seriously, my brain hasn't been all over the place as much. It's like a tiny step in feeling better, you know?
And hey, even though i'm still having panic attacks, it's not nerly as bad now becuase i can recover so much faster. Honestly, i've slept way better these past couple days than i have in ages. So yeah, all in all, things are looking up a little bit, and that's really something to be grateful for.

Have you considered trying brief bursts of exercise or engaging in activities that require mental focus, such as solving puzzles or working on a Rubik's cube? Alternatively, you might find mindful meditation helpful. You can easily access guided meditations by searching online.
