Ugh, dealing with daily stuff can be a total nightmare for me honestly. Even the tiniest thing will send me spiraling intto full-on panic mode or just leave me feeling lost and clueless about how to handle it. I also feel like no matter what, I'm constantly messing up and have no idea how to chill out when that happens. If anyone has any tips, I'm all ears-really need some help here.

Hey there! Can you be really nice to yourself for once? You know, like take a big breath and hold it for a bit, then let out all your worries slowly, okay? Everyone makes mistakes, it's how we figure stuff out eventually. I might have more to say later today but right now my doorbell is going off so someone must be here. Hope you're doing alright with everything; juggling can get pretty wild, huh? And isn't it funny how some folks make a whole career out of just balancing things? Seriously, they do!

It's quite common to feel like you are constantly making mistakes when you have mental illness. There is often a lot of guilt associated with it, as it can be challenging to simply "be normal" like everyone else. That's why forums like this are helpful; they provide connections to others who understand exactly how you're feeling. Try to be gentle with yourself. Would you feel the same way if you had a broken leg or some other physical injury? Probably not, and people would likely sympathize with you...
