Home Anxiety Concerns

I'm here now. I told her I wanted to go to the supermarket to buy ingredients for pancakes, but there was no money left. She suggested taking some from her savings, but I don't want to do that because she said she had given it to my dad when the baby ate hers at his place. This is overwhelming me so much-I'm panicking and can barely eat. I need to hide my panic; the thought of what might be happening with the baby makes me anxious.

Yesterday, when I got home, nobody greeted me. My mom was asleep, likely drunk, and my sister was outside. It's been a stressful day since then. Seeing no money just adds to my fear. I hope it's all in my mom's card.

I recently received an acceptance for a job in the university city, but I haven't confirmed yet because I've been messaging my grandparents frequently about it. I'm worried my mom will find out and react badly if she does.

Please help me.

Wow, I get you're stressed. No idea what's going on but if no one's helping you, maybe cut your stay short. Go back where you're safe. If you're sick and can't breathe, tell your sister and leave.
Are you happy with the job? What kind is it?

I want to stay but am scared of failing. Mom drinking or yelling makes me wanna run back home. Losing my place here freaks me out too. Job's in student appreciation, psych center, talking to families with issues.Wanted this job but my past trauma worries me.

Your past hurts can actually bring you closer to folks who get what you're going through. So I say go for this apprenticeship with both feet-trust me, it's a great fit!

Now, if you end up deciding against it (though why would u? Have faith!), just make sure you don't stick around at your mom's place. Focus on your education and create a home where your sister can join you as soon as she can slip away from there too. It's tempting to stay put, but it'll only hold you back and undo all the good stuff you've worked hard for. Moving forward is like setting up a shining example of grit and hope for her-how cool wouuld that be?
