Be the parent you wished your own parents had been. Provide for your child what was missing in ur upbringing. Show your children that you care by being there exactly when they need you, becoming a better version of your parents not to compete with them but to demonstrate genuine concern and support.

Wow, thanks! This really hit home. It's like taking that awesome parenting advice and applying it to being the best version of yourself-giving yourself all those things you wish you had when you were younger.
thx for the words abt parenting. it rllly is a gr8 priv to learn patience & stuff. one thing i've learned 4 sure is lissenin matters. when u sit down and rly lissen, kdis say so much abt themselves and how they grow up. being a parent is defo the best gift evryday.
