Oh man, miscarriages are just a total heartbreaker. It's not your fault at all-your body was trying to protect itself. The hardest part for me was finding ways to honor those little ones without getting overwhelmed by the grief. Waiting too long between tries really ratcheted up my anxiety when I finally did try again and it didn't work out. Sending you lots of love, no matter what path you take. Take care, xx
