New Job Adventure - Startig Over Anyway

Hey there,so I'm sort of new to all this momming-and-working thing myself. You know, I've been a stay-at-home parent for the past five years and it's time to take my career seriously now that I'm finishing up school. Seriously, I feel like I need some advice on how to make this transition smoother because honestly, balancing work with three kids is gonna be a whole thing. Any tips or stories about managing the switch form being fully at home to working outside?

Balancing everything feels like juggling work and family responsibilities. Do you have someone like a spouse or partner to help out?

Worknig can actually teach your family about managing careers and households together as a team. It helps kids become more independent, right? Sometimes you might drop a ball, but it's okay to pick it up again and keep going.

It's important to be open about challenges and talk things through when they come up. I think kids whose parents both work end up functioning at different levels compared to those who had a parent around all the time.

When my mother was in university for five years while we had three kids at home, I experienced a lot of memorable moments. I remember setting fire to the football field and draining the campus reflecting pond. We played with other children from dusk till dawn, explored what love means, caused extensive damage inside our house, and watched MTV extensively. It was 1983.

I hope this provides some insight into those times.
Thank u for sharing your story; it brought back so many vivid memories.
