Intense moments that leave you speechless
Yeah, lately I've been dealing with some real legal headaches that were totally unnecessary. And my PTSD has been through teh roof, honestly. I'm trying to keep everything bottled up because I don't want to upset anyone around me, you know? But man, I'm so on edge right now! Even just having famly members breathe near me is a trigger and driving feels like troture... Any advice on how to deal with this mess? I've been journaling, reading books, praying-but it's not helping much. It's just all bubbling under teh surface.

Oh man, I'm really sorry to hear about what you're dealing with. It sounds like you've got a lot going on, and honestly, journaling, reading, and praying are all super helpful ways to work through things. But when it gets super intense and overwhelming, talking to someone like a therapist could totally help too. They can give you more tools to deal with those PTSD triggers. And hey, have you tried breathing exercises or grounding techniques? Those can be really soothing in the moment too. Anyway, I just want you to know that pushing through is awesome, but it's also cool to reach out and get some extra support when you need it.
I think maybe I should say thank you to DeanLawrance for their advice too-I really appreciate it
