Olinzipine for my 18 year old son maybe

I was just wondering if anyone has any advice or thoughts. My son had a psychotic episode that they think might have been triggered by LSD, and he's ben staying in the hospital twice because of it.Now he seems to be doing better, but I'm still quite worried about side effects and how long someone can be on medication liike this.

Today he mentioned that my face looks different, more rounded, even though I don't think he noticed any weight gain from me. He started with 5 mg for a week, then they bumped it up to 10 mg for two weeks. When we visited him in the hospital, he seemed really tired, but now at home, he doesn't seem as fatigued.
