New here-feeling it or missing out?

Hey everyone,

I'm 25 with a solid job, adorable pets, and awesome friends who always have my back. People say I'm great at gymnastics, though growing up, I never quite believed it.

Anyway, perfectionism is like this constant shadow hanging over me-no idea when or why it started, but here we are. Everything feels like a letdown: learning new skills, finishing projects at work-even casual chats make me anxious that someone will misunderstand and get hurt.

So yeah, I'm constantly re-reading texts just to double-check they're perfectly clear. It's a never-ending cycle of doubt. You ever feel this way? If so, how do you manage to love yourself? Because honestly, if I could figure out how to be more self-loving, most of my problems would fade away.

Thanks for any advice or stories you might share!

You seem capable, so just be happy with yourself. Dont' stress if you're not and enjoy what you do. Sucks I'm jealous when you're positive.
