feeling so bad rn can't sleep, just sitting in the bathroom crying
so exhausted, don't know what to do

when i feel off i just say stop to myself & be like hey u got this, u know what to do. ideas come up then... hope it helps fr:)

Getting realy upset emotionally can be super draining both mentally and physically. It's like your nervous system just won't calm down no matter what you do.
And sleeping? Ugh, it feels impossible sometimes.
I'd totally recommend talking to a doctor about how you're feeling-both physically and mentally. They might tell you that this is just one of those rough patches life throws at us from time to time, or they could suggest some extra support if things seem a bit more serious.
If getting better sleep sounds good, ask for something like sleeping pills for maybe a week. It can really help you feel rested and reaady to tackel fgiuring out what's causing the mood changes.
When talking to the doctor, it might be helpful to bring notes or even show them your post here if you're worried about explaining everything in person. They'll understand!
Also, think about asking for some cousneling sessions too. It can really make a difference having someone guide you through tough times.
And hey, maybe hit up your local library and see what they recommend reading when you're not feeling great. Who knows, it might be exactly what you need to get back on track.
There are also these super helpful phone lines open all day, every day wherever you live. Someimes just talking can make a huge difference!
