Do you feel tired after a full night's sleep?

I've observed that sometimes sleeping doesn't alleviate fatigue. You can get plenty of rest at night but still feel unwell upon waking.

At LifeX, we are examining subtle shifts like this-when sleep patterns start to change even before you realize you're stressed or not feeling well. It's about understanding the body's signals before they become obvious.

I'm interested in hearing if others have experienced similar changes. Do your sleeping habits alter when life becomes demanding, or does it take a while for these changes to manifest?

I think my sleep gets really messed up when I'm feeling anxious or stressed about stuff. I end up going over everything in my head,and I might fall asleep for a bit but then I wake up worrying about the same things again.
