Zyprexa and the weight gain thing honestly

So, one of the side effects of Zyprexa (Olanzapine) is major weight gain. Honestly, I'm sticking with it because I don't wanna mess around with other drugs-I know myself enough that changing things up could trigger a mental crisis. It's like, if I stop or chaange stuff, there's a risk of going into a bad place and ending up in the hospital for a 51/50 hold, which is honestly terrifying. So my question is: can you still lose weight while on Zyprexa? Can you do it by eating healthy and working out? Or does the medication just make it impossible no matter what I do? Like when I was on Depo Provera, even though I ate salads and drank water all day, I couldn't shake off the extra pounds. So is there anyone here who has experience with this or knows if you can manage your weight without switching meds?
