Women's circle chat june 2026

Hey everyone,

Our Women's Circle is back on Saturday, June 20th, 2026 at 10 am EDT in the Support Session Room for adults on 7 Cups.

This week's topic: Invisible Wounds-Navigating Chronic Illness, Pain, and Identity. It can feel really lonely dealing with something that others don't see or understand. You might look fine to everyone else, but the pain is real-and you know it better than anyone.

We'll be talking about the challenges of chronic illness, like losing abilities you once had, feeling dismissed by doctors, and figuring out who you are beyond your diagnosis. It's a spaec for us to recognize how tough it can be to live with conditions that aren't always visible-autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, EDS... anything that makes you feel like an outsider.

No need to prove yourself or provide medical proof-we get each other. Your experiences are valid and important here.
