Hey.

Forgot stuff all the time-tasks, appointments, where I left crap. Messes up my day big time.
Got any good tricks for remembering better?

Honestly, I can totally understand how annoying it must be when little things start piling up and messing with your day-to-day stuff. It happens to a lot of folks-u know, those moments where you're just like, "Wait, did I forget something?" or "What was that thing again?". Anyway, the key isn't always trying harder; sometimes it's about finding ways to lighten your mental load, like using notes and reminders. That way, you don't have to carry all of it around in your head-pretty nice, right?
