i listen 2 music or do stuff from my childhood that made me happy tbh it helps a lot what r yall's thngs? fr share ur tips ниже не переводить, оставить как есть для примера предыдущего формата. для этого конкретного случая просто:

Music helps. Good playlists and old hobbies work for me. Silent walks too.

I really like listening to music too, and making playlists and revisiting old hobbies have helped me feel better lately. Maybe you could try taking a silent walk and just enjoying being alone with your thoughts? I think it can be quite soothing.

I think sometimes i either blast some tunes really loud or pop in my headphones and start crafting, maybe it's like making something by hand or designing a poster or even working on something on the computer. It just helps me to zone out from everything else around me.

just set alarms 4 everything in my daily routine like taking my kid potty, eating, drinking water, going out,cleaning dishes & doing laundry. it kinda works but only if i'm not super tired
