Anxiety about health stuff for me

Hey everyone, I'm totally new around here! Just discovered the place and it's so cool to see all these different sections-so much stuff going on. Lately, I've been really battling health anxiety, which has just been a nightmare for me. Got diagnosed with Hashimoto's last year, and it feels like my anxity is intertwined with some OCD stuff too-it's a real mind-bendeer trying to manage both of them.
