Dealing With Anxiety Today
Hey all, just wanted to pop in and say hi. Video games have been my go-to since I was a kid-they'e like therapy for me, honestly. It's where I find joy, socialize with cool people on ***, and escape into amazing stories.
I've always felt more comfortable as a loner becuase of my struggles with social stuff. A few years back, I dropped out of school after some rough exams that tanked my confidence. Since then, no job and all the free time in the world to play games and watch football at home.
These days, I feel like I'm behind compared to others my age, but hey, it's not too late for change! This year, I've been trying to make healthier choices-lost some weight, started reading books again, and even got into daily walks. Plus, showers every day? Major progress!
But you know, old anxious thoughts still pop up, wondering if I could've used my time better in the past. Still working on it though, one step at a time.
