hey hi, first time poster here. dealing w anxiety, panic attacks, depression & agoraphobia rn. also have hashimoto's autoimmune stuff. i'm 24 and still livin' w my folks. never had a job or even a drivers license lol no car either life feels super hopeless atm b/c i'm fightin' with my dad (he's an alcoholic) and i'm just feelin stuck, imo. not sure what to do next so idk i was hopin for some advice or maybe makin new friends here? any help would mean a lot!
