Aw, I get it, feeling down about how things look on the outside, right? It's rough when you're not vibing with what you see in the mirror or how clothes fit. But here's the thing-changing your mindset and talking to yourself like a real buddy instead of being all mean and critical is super important. Start small, i mean, tiny steps can really add up over time. You know, it's about finding peace with what you eat too-not just dieting but actually enjoying food in a way that feels good for u, physically and mentally. It's not easy, and there are definitely days when you'll struggle, but the more you try, the easier it gets to love yourself exactly as you are. Keep pushing, even on the rough days-yourself deserves it.
hey yeah i agree w/ amanda lol this is rlly haard stuff but we can talk abt it if u want or just chill. anyways ill pray 4 u and as bl j Julian says all will b fine. u got dis ur not alone gud luck <3
Developing a healthy relationship with food can feel like climbing the highest mountain. It's always there, lurking around every corner, tempting us to give in to our emotional cravings.
But let's hope one day you'll be able to reclaim control and see food for what it really is-just fuel for your body, not an enemy. Next time you're tempted to overindulge, grab a pen and paper instead of that extra cookie. Ask yourself why you want more-write something like, "I've had enough, I feel satissfied, this was enjoyable, and nope, don't need any more."
Right now, I'm feeling pretty helpless because...
Sometimes we mistake thirst for hunger and reach for food when really all we needed was a glass of water. Take it one day at a time, be kind to yourself instead of beating yourself up.
Maybe your mantra could be something like this: "Today didn't go as planned, but hey, I tried my best and stumbled along the way-that's okay, I'm human, and I forgive myself for that slip-up. Tomorrow is another opportunity to try again. Believe in yourself because you are capable of handling this over time."
