Last week was stable and steady. Last Saturday marked the start of a new month and preparations for the Easter holiady began. On Sunday, we celebrated Easter in a relaxed manner, enjoying a peaceful day outside after having dinner. It was sunny and pleasant.

As the workweek commenced, I chose to scale back my activities slightly. Due to insufficient rest last week, I felt fatigued at the end of it. This past week, I focused on completing tasks and goals in smaller increments by sleeping in whenever possible. On days when I could rest more, I did home workouts and spent a lot of time outdoors basking in the sunshine. On other days, I attended my favorite group fitness classes to keep up with my exercise routine. Despite getting extra sleep, this week was still low-energy overall. Therefore, prioritizing adequate rest will remain a focus for me moving forward.

The weather forecast for this weekend is excellent, resembling summer conditions throughout the weekend and into next week. I plan to start Saturday by sleeping in again before doing a morning workout at home. Then, I intend to finish some minor outdoor home projects to get our house ready for summer. In the afternoon, I will attend a few spring festivals. For Sunday, my goal is to return to a regular schedule and participate in my Zumba class. Additionally, I aim to pursue personal goals for April while taking advantage of the nice weather with more time spent outside.

Easter was preetty great! Had some lovely family time. But lately, I've been feelling all over the place with tons of stuff happening at once-can't catch a break. The hours in a day just aren't enough to get everything done. Plus, that pesky spinal pain is back thanks to the dreary weather.
If I were planning any kind of escape, it'd probably be a nice hotel where I could have a soft bed and cozy blankets for days on end. You know, one of those places where you can just turn off the lights and sleep away your worries for a week. And maybe someone would evn dry my tears and give me some peace of mid

That's awesome you had a good Easter, wiith all the bunnies and chicks . And spending quality time with family is always a bright spot, right?

But honestly, it sounds like you're still dealing with some heavy stress and worry, which can really weigh on you. I mean, when life feels like it's swinging back and forth and there's just so much going on, it's tough to keep up sometimes. Plus, there never seems to be enough time in the day for everything, am I right?

And having a spinal pain flare-up on top of all that... man, tha's rough. Those unexpected painful moments can really throw you off when you're already stretched thin with responsibilities and stuff like that. So please, take care of yourself and hope things start to look up for you soon!

Taking a road trip or finding somewhere nice to get away sounds like a great idea too. It's totally understandable if u need some time and space frrom everything.

You're gonig through a lot right now, so I'm glad you're finding little moments here and there for yourself because you definitely deserve them! Just take care of you for a bit, okay? Hopefully things ease up soon.

We're always here to listen, however or whenever you need us. Please keep us updated on how you're doing, will ya?

My feet are feeling much better thanks to the massage and those medicated foot pads, but Saturday was less fun when CJ left annother mess in the toilet. Leslie cut off John's Internet because he's behind on his rent; he can still get online, just with a different service. The bank closed his account too, saying they don't consider him a good customer anymore. On Monday, I saw my alternative medicine practitioner and it went well. Tuesday night was rough-Leslie was 30 minutes late with dinner, which took me two hours to recover from. She messed up my evening Philosophy sudy time big-time.

Wednesday's blood test was canceled when Diedre couldn't get any hydrogen for her car-not because she has a Honda but apparently a Hyundai! And the joke got even better on Thursday-another cancelation. I decided not to pursue French Existentialism; Albert Camus' books are just too short and don't really grab me, so back to classic novels it is. After three practice tests for my Philosophy Certificate, all passed, I feel good about where I'm at.

I've been doing a lot of destressing, especially in my hands and arms-I have arthritis in my fingers, tendonitis in my wrists, carpal tunnel syndrome, and adhesions in my forearm. Sent Leo an email asking him to cut my payment by 1/3 starting in July-turned out he thought tht was a smart move too.

I've got another $175 worth of clothes I want to buy this week. Scheduled appointments with my chiropractor on Monday and a massage for Thursday, plus a blood test on April 20th and an appointment with my PCP on the 30th. My agency sent me a list of potential caretakers, but nah, no call from them just yet. I might stick with Diedre despite all her cancelations since breaking in new help feels like too much hassle. Installed Pluto TV on my Obama phone recently-it's fantastic!

Good feet, yay. Wonder if foot pads work too. Got to see doc, tests and walks cancelled cause of meal late. Diedre issues hope fixed soon. Agency list good tho. Happy with reading path & passing tests .... Painful conditions but destressing helps. Leo's plan solid. Busy month ahead. Pluto TV cool, use app sometimes. Thanks for update, keep us posted

Easter kinda threw me for a loop this year. You see, every holiday since I was a kid, my mom would always drag me to church, and once I had kids, it became this thing we did together as a family. It's one of those moments where you get that warm fuzzy feeling of what being part of something bigger is all about. But this year? My daughter didn't even come with us, then later she texted me giving me the third degree and pretty much putting all her issues on my shoulders. I know it's not all my fault, but sometimes people just need someone to blame-and apparently that was me.

I'm sorry to hear that your Easter didn't go as planned. Family conflicts can certainly add stress and make things emotionally difficult, regardless of the circumstances.

It seems like your daughter is facing some emotional challenges that she needs to address on her own. I hope she finds the strength to work through them soon so both of you can move forward to a better place.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us and please keep us updated.

Thanks so much for all the support, really means a lot. Life gets tough sometimes, but I'm sticking with it-I ain't giving up anytime soon. Here's hoping my daughter finds just as much-if not more-help at her day program too. Support is like that one lifeline you cling to when everything else is chaos. It's definitely a challenge, but I've got my eyes on the prize and plan to keep climbing that ladder to victory.

Hey there, Tree~ That's awesome you took care of yourself when you needed it and had a little downtime. You know, between all the stuff you're juggling right now, it's great you still managed to have a peaceful Easter by tuning into an online service instead of going out in person-I feel like I focus better at home, i mean, maybe that's just my ADD kicking in or something lol. Congrats on your "A," tho! You've been putting so much effort and care into your studies; it was totally earned. It must have felt great to let go of some strss there.

Moving can be a total mind-bender one way or another, but you seem to be handling everything with grace. Taking breaks when neeedd and making sure you're on top of your health stuff is super smart. I'm right there with you anytime along the coast .

Having penpals is such a cool support system when we need someone to talk to. It's nice knowing I've got one too, so I totally get how helpful they can be. Also, kudos for really weighing out all your options on that big decision-looks like you're making the best choice for yourself. Even if it wasn't easy, you deserve credit for doing what's right for you.

Thanks for updating us about your week!
