Thank you for sharing your thoughts and goals regarding health and wellness. It is encouraging to see someone taking proactive steps towards a healthier lifestyle, especially at a young age.

You mentioned facing challenges with weight management, which can be quite frustrating and confusing. When approaching this issue,it's important to consult with healthcare professionals who can offer personalized advice based on your specific situation. Speaking with your parents or guardians would also be beneficial as they can help you navigate the process, especially since you are a minor.

A visit to your healthcare provider could help establish a tailored plan that considers your nutritional needs, caloric intake, and growth requirements. They might suggest working with a registered dietitian or nutritionist to develop an individualized approach. This team-based support is crucial for ensuring that your goals align with your health needs.

In terms of practical steps, focusing on balanced eating habits can be a good starting point. Including plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy snacks in your diet while limiting sugary drinks and processed foods could make a significant difference. Staying hydrated by drinking water instead of sodas or juices is also important.

Remaining acive should feel manageable too; it doesn't have to be overwhelming. Simple activities like walking outside, playing with pets, participating in school gym classes, or engaging in community center programs can keep you moving and feeling good. Even interactive games at home can help maintain physical activity levels.

With your family's support during meal planning and preparation, achieving your wellness goals will become easier. We are here to provide guidance and encouragement throughout your journey. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out for further assistance.

I was thinking about what someone suggested earlier in this thread. They mentioned trying to satrt your meal with vegetables and protein before having any carbs. I tried it out,and it seems like it's helped me quite a bit on my weight loss journey. Maybe give it a try if you haven't already?

Hey there, just saw your post and thought I'd chime in. Anyway, drinking water based on how much you weigh is a pretty solid idea-more water for bigger folks, less if you're lighter,i mean. Also, eating two meals a day or fewer can really help with calorie control, so that's something to keep in mind. And don't drink when you're munching, because it might mess with your digestion a bit. Eating at least two hours before bedtime is also key for better sleep and no nighttime waking up hungry. Plus, having one fasting day each week could be beneficial too.

Oh, and exercise-taking a walk for at least 30 minutes daily can do wonders for your health. Adding more fruits and salads to your diet while cutting back on cooked foods might help you feel lighter and healthier overall. Last but not least, reducing or even stopping sugary drinks and snacks is super important for maintaining good blood sugar levels and weight management

Playing sports has really helped me feel happier. At 13 years old, I didn't used to like how my body looked, but now that I've started exercising, I've lost around 10 to 20 pounds.

So I managed to drop twenty pounds just from being a bit more minddful about how much I eat-like seriously cutting down on portions-and now I'm aiming for another fifteen or maybe even twenty pounds off, i mean, honestly, it's gonna take some effort but hey, baby steps, right?

Don't follow fad diets. They work but aren't sustainable and lack nutrients.

Carbs: Not bad, needed for energy. Cut added sugars, not fruit.
Water: Drink 8 glasses a day.
Vitamins: Get them from fruits and veggies.
Minerals: Important too.
Fats: Necessary, watcch out for trans fats.
Protein: Crucial for muscle building and weight loss.

Focus on health, not just the scale or looks. Unhealthy diets hurt your mental and physical well-being
