Exercise is key, gotta keep the body moving. Eating well? Yeah, that's a must too. And fresh air-can't stress enough how important it is to be outside. Maye step away from my phone and laptop for a bit. Friends and laughter are always great. Tea? Love it. A solid hygiene routine never hurts either. Oh, and long, hot bubble baths? Can't go wrong with that
