New Mom Battle: Morning Sickness Blues
Hey everyone,
So, here's the deal-I found out I'm pregnant and I haven't even had my first appointment yet, but that's happening in a week and a half. In the meantime, I've been dealing with this morning nausea thing like it's nobody's business. Thankfully, I haven't puked yet, but I've been seriously teetering on the edge. Normally, I'm pretty sturdy when it comes to not getting sick, so I know I'll eventually have a rough patch at some point. How do y'all handle it? I'm doing my best, but honestly? No clue what I'm doing here . Any tips would be super helpful!

Always eat something. I'd snack on salted crackers all day and even wake at night for more so I wasn't hungry. When my stomach felt empty, nausea hit hard. Food helped though. Even small snacks worked. Should get better by 12-14 weeks.
I used these preggie pop drops and oh my gosh, they work like magic! You can totally find them on Amazon super easily too-just type in "preggie pops" or soemthing similar. Also, lemon heads are a total game changer; they seriously help a lot with the nausea. And if you're looking for something else, bland foods like thse salty crackers do wonders. Just remember to eat within that first hour after waking up-it'll really help you get through the day without feeling so sick. I'm 8 months pregnant now-32 and a hlaf weeks-and still dealing with morning sickness. My thing is though, it didn't start until my seocnd trimester. So yeah, everyone's diffreent on this one. Anyway, hope smoe of that helps out!
