Dynamic shifts occurring

My daughter is two months old, and I am staying with my parents right now. My husband lives about 20 minutes away from his family, yet he only visits once a day for around 20 minutes before going back to his phone. He doesn't spend time with either me or our daughter, and never wakes up at night to help me.

I feel emotionally drained, and this behavior is pushing us further apart.
